You can share something with colleagues in different ways. This can be done on the community timeline, but also in specific groups within a community and organization. In addition, you can also chat with each others individually (or in groups).

How do I post a message in my community (location/branch)?

If you want to post a message that is visible to everyone in your community (location/branch), click on ā€œWrite a message to your colleaguesā€ and select the timeline where you want to post. You cannot always post on all timelines. This depends on the settings of the community group or organization group.

You can delete a post by clicking on the three dots on the top right of the post.

How do I chat with a colleague or with a group?

You can chat with your colleagues by clicking on ā€œChatā€ in the menu bar at the bottom of your screen (on your mobile). You can also create a chat group so you can chat with several colleagues at once. These chat messages are private and are only visible to the members of the chat group. This means that organization administrators nor site managers have insights into the content of these messages. Our advice is to create the same groups in Oneteam that were used, if relevant, with Whatsapp.

Can I delete a chat conversation?

This is possible. Enter the relevant chat and press the three dots at the top right. You can delete the chat in the menu where you are now.

Can I reply to a chat message within a chat?

Yes, this is possible.

Can I delete a chat message?

Yes, this will be possible. Click on the 3 dots of the sent message in the chat that you have sent, and click on 'delete'.

Can I give a group chat a photo and description?

Yes, this is possible in the group's settings.

Weekly update email settings

Every Sunday, you will receive a weekly update email that includes:

  • The top five posts that have been posted in your network;

  • New colleagues in your network.

Every user of Oneteam receives this email by default. Follow the steps below to unsubscribe from this email:

  • At the bottom of this email, click ā€œClick here to unsubscribe from the weekly updateā€.

  • In the app, go to ā€œMoreā€ -> ā€œSettingsā€ -> ā€œNotificationsā€ -> untick (or tick) ā€œWeekly emailā€.
