Frequently asked questions:
Can I download videos or images from the Oneteam app?
You can download photos or videos through the Oneteam app by clicking on the content.
What is the file size limit?
A video file may be up to 500 MB. Images are compressed upon upload. So when you upload a “large” image, it is automatically made smaller to a maximum of 1920x1920.
Can I post a YouTube video?
You can post the link to the Youtube video. Colleagues can then click on the link and it will play on Youtube.
Can I edit an image or video after I post it?
That is not possible. We recommend re-posting the message.
I cannot upload my video.
When you upload a video and the file size is smaller than 500 MB, it could be due to the internet connection. If this is not the case, please contact our live chat.
Do I always have to use my gallery/photos to choose an image?
No, 'Unsplash' is included in Oneteam. This is a system with a variety of photos, right in the app. All you have to do is enter a search term and choose an image of your choice.
