I forgot my username and/or password?
If you cannot log in, this can be due to various reasons. Please follow the steps below:
Click on “Forgot password”. You will receive an email with a new temporary password with which you can log in. You can change this temporary password as soon as you are logged in. Didn't get an email? Check your spam mailbox.
Not receiving an email? Ask your manager whether your email address is correct in the app. If not, have your manager change the email address and ask for a new invitation.
If you still did not receive a new password after that, please contact Oneteam via the live chat. 👉
It says “You are not a member of the community”. What does this mean?
This means that you are not a member of a community (branch/location). To do this, you must contact your manager and ask if you can be added (again).
I have not received an invitation to download the Oneteam app.
Follow the steps below:
Check if the email with the invitation can be found in your spam mailbox.
Is the email not in your spam mailbox? Then ask your manager whether your email address is correct in the system.
Ask your manager whether they can send an invitation again.
It is also possible to load employees into Oneteam without an invitation. That is why it is useful to ask your manager whether he or she has sent the invitation.
