💡This article is for employees of organizations that work with the Oneteam app.

Your voice as an employee is incredibly important to any organization. To share your opinion and feedback with your organization you're able to fill in a survey! This enables you to influence important topics within your organization,

What are surveys?

An organization can ask employees what their experience is like at work, what they think of the managers, and how they experienced the induction process. It concerns short and small surveys where you can give feedback.

Anonymity in surveys:

Organization admins can choose to have employees answer surveys anonymously. At Oneteam, we believe it’s essential that everyone’s responses remain truly anonymous.

When a survey is anonymous, your name, community, and function group are never shown, regardless of the number of respondents. You’ll always be notified whether a survey is anonymous or not before you begin.

This ensures that managers or other parties cannot trace responses back to individual employees. Your account will never be visible in the survey results.
