Your voice as an employee is incredibly important to any organization. To share your opinion and feedback with your organization you're able to fill in a survey! This enables you to influence important topics within your organization,
What are surveys?
An organization can ask employees what their experience is like at work, what they think of the managers, and how they experienced the induction process. It concerns short and small surveys where you can give feedback.
Anonymity in surveys:
Organization admins have the option of having employees answer the survey anonymously. We at Oneteam believe it is essential that everyone’s answers are truly anonymous. That is why we guarantee the following for all employees;
Names are removed when combinations of community and function yield less than five employees. For example, the community and functions are not shown when there are less than five cashiers within a certain location to assure that you're not able to trace back which employee gave which answers. Employees will also be notified when they're about to fill in an anonymous survey or not. We do this to protect the employee from managers being able to trace back the results to you. Names, functions, and the community will be visible, if anonymity is deactivated, when combinations of functions and communities higher than five occur. When the survey is anonymous your name, function and community will never be visible.
Your account will never be visible within the survey answers;
Oneteam does not store answers linked to the employee, to prevent this from possibly being visible to managers.
