We’re sorry to see you go, but if you wish to delete your Oneteam account, follow these steps:

Steps to delete your account

1. Open the Oneteam app: Launch the Oneteam app on your device.

2. Navigate to the ‘More’ tab: At the bottom right of the app, tap on the ‘More’ tab to access additional settings.

3. Go to ‘App Support’: Under the ‘Account’ section, tap on ‘App support.’

4. Send a deletion request:

• Tap ‘Messages’ within the support section.

• Create a new message.

• In your message, clearly state that you want your account deleted.

5. Wait for confirmation: Once your request is submitted, our team will process it within 14 days.

What happens when you delete your account

• Data removal: Deleting your account will remove all your personal data from the Oneteam platform.

• Content anonymization: Any content you’ve shared will be anonymized, ensuring your privacy is maintained.

• Data retention: While your account and personal data will be deleted, references to your content will be stored for up to 90 days. After this period, everything will be permanently deleted.
