The Oneteam app is designed for the deskless workforce. If you work at an organization with an “own” Oneteam app, with the app icon of the organization you work at, please click here to find the answer to your question.

In this case, you will have to receive an invitation from the organization where you will be working. This is typically managed by the HR department and organization administrators. Optionally, you can also ask your site manager to add you to the Oneteam app. You will then automatically receive an invitation.

If your organization works with a linked HR system, you will need to be added there first before receiving an invitation to download the Oneteam app. Oneteam synchronizes with external systems every day, so you may not receive the invitation until the next day. In addition, the Oneteam app can be found in the App Store or Play Store under “Oneteam”.

If you want to download the app (again) and you receive a message that this app is not available in your country or region, Oneteam cannot help you. If you have an iPhone, you can follow the steps in this article to download the app.

I want to re-download the Oneteam app

When you deleted the Oneteam app or when you are using a new phone/mobile device you can re-download the app. You can do this in the Appstore (iOS) by following these steps. For Adroid devices you can re-download the app by searching for 'Oneteam'.
