I did not receive an invitation to download the app

In this case, contact your manager or the HR Department. You can only download the app if you have been added to Afas by an administrator. This will automatically put you in the One Team app as an employee. You will then receive an invitation with a username and temporary password. Other possibilities include:

  • Check your spam inbox for the invitation;

  • Check your email address with your manager;

  • Receive the email again by contacting your manager (only possible as an organization administrator within the app).

Redeem code to download One Team app on iPhone

If you have downloaded the app before, you will need to contact your manager to request a new download code, which can only be used once. If it is the first time you are downloading the One Team app, please follow the directions below:

  • Go to the App Store on your phone;

  • Click on your profile picture (top right corner);

  • Click on ā€œRedeem gift voucher or codeā€;

  • Enter the unique code from the invitation you received;

  • Download the app and enter your login details.

Where can I find the app after downloading it?

If all goes well, the app will appear directly on the home screen of your phone. You can also find the app as follows:

  • Go to the App Store on your phone;

  • Click on your profile picture (top right corner);

  • Click on ā€œPurchasesā€;

  • Go to the app and right-click on ā€œOpenā€.

I cannot find the app in the App Store (iPhone)

You cannot find the app through the search function in the App Store. You can only download the app by redeeming your unique code found in the invitation email. Have you downloaded the app before? Then you can find the app by going to your Apple account. You will then find the app under ā€œPurchasesā€.

Change community and/or function in One Team

Changes to your position or community can only be made in Afas. One Team cannot make changes. In this case, contact your manager.

Change email address in One Team

Only organization administrators can make email changes, so please contact your manager in this case. It is important that your email address in Afas is the same as your email address in One Team.

How do I add a new colleague to the One Team app?

New colleagues always need to be created in Afas. We synchronize data in Afas with One Team, so that colleagues will receive the invitation to the app one day later.

I want to be added to multiple communities

Please contact HR/Administration to make sure that you've been added to the appropriate communities within the One Team organization dashboard.

Log into One Team on your PC/laptop

You can log in via this link on your PC/laptop with your normal login details that you also use for the app.

Re-download the app on your iPhone or iPad

  • Open the App Store;

  • Click on your account on the top right;

  • Click on ā€œPurchasesā€;

  • Click on ā€œNot on this iPhoneā€ and download the H&M One Team app-Internal

Re-download the app on your Android

The app is available in the Play Store for Android users. You can find it under ā€œH&M One Team - Employee Appā€ or via this link.

I have a new iOS phone and I cannot find the app

You cannot re-download the app or find it in the App Store. You can find the app in your Apple account under the ā€œPurchasesā€ tab. You can reinstate the app on your phone from there.

I switched to an iOS phone

If you switched from Android to an iOS phone, you can request a download code from your manager. Only app organization administrators can request this code for you.

I cannot log in to a shortcut in One Team (ESS App, Commercial info, Goodhabitz)

This is not an official part of One Team, so it is best to send an email to Learn.Develop-Nl@hm.com.

The app is not available in my country or region

In this case, you need to adjust your App Store settings. You might want to check out this article from Apple Support on how to adjust the settings.
