First of all it's also possible to directly analyze the results at 'Summary'. If you want to export the data including all questions and answers then you're able to do this with a .csv file export.

A .csv export is a file where all data is compressed into one single cell. The data often consists of comma's or semicolons, which are used to define which data should be separated into a new column.

You're able to download the answers by going to the survey, at Surveys in the organization dashboard, and by clicking on 'Responses'.

Afterwards you're able to click on 'Download all responses'.

  • csv. export for Excel:

  1. Download all responses and open the file;

  2. Select column 'A';

  3. Click on the tab Data and click on Text to columns;

  4. A pop-up screen will open, select Separated and click on Next;

  5. Deselect Tab and select Comma;

  6. Click on Next and afterwards on Complete.

Don't forget to save the file afterwards as a .xlsx file.

  • csv. export for Google Sheets:

  1. Download all responses and open the file;

  2. Select column 'A';

  3. Click on Data and on Text into columns;

  4. Choose for Detect automatically.

Afterwards the results are separated into columns based on the separation sign.

  • csv. export for Numbers:

  1. Download all responses and open the file;

  2. Select column 'A';

  3. Results are automatically separated into columns based on the separation sign.

  4. Copy the results (optional) to Google Sheets or to Excel by selecting all columns.

Afterwards the results are separated into columns based on the separation sign.
