Besides exporting the results into an excel file, it's also possible to check out more extensive results on your surveys on the dashboard page from Oneteam. Within this functionality you're able to see a summary of the results. You're also able to compare and analyze communities and function groups with each other. You can download a generated report of the results of each question so you're able to easily share this with a community admin or manager.

Some parts of this functionality are part of the 'Pro' version of surveys, for example the 'compare' option where you're able to compare communities and function groups. Please get in touch with us through the live-chat if you want to activate the 'Pro' version of this feature.

Response Summary

When you clicked on 'Summary' you can see an overview of the number of respondents, the pending results, the number of finished surveys and the completion rate. You're also able to click on 'View employees' to see an overview of the pending (and all) employees who received the survey.

If you scroll down you're able to find an overview and summary of all questions within the survey. Averages are shown as well of slider questions such as in the image underneath;

With the multiple choice questions you can see the number of employees, and the percentage, for each option in the answers. Also, you're able to filter all questions and answers on community level or function group, as shown in the image underneath;

(Pro) Comparing between communities and/or function groups

Within the 'Summary' of the survey results you're also able to compare the results between communities and/or function groups. Click on the button as shown underneath to open this feature;

After you clicked on the button a screen will open, as in the example underneath with a slider question, where you're able to make the choice to compare the results between a community or between function groups.

When you clicked on 'Compare' you'll receive the option to select another question directly as well. Also, you're able to generate a report directly for this question and/or to compare different communities or function groups.

Generate report

You're also able to generate a report, as you can see the button in the image underneath in the top right corner. Here you get the option to click on the button underneath so you're able to download a report.

You can click on the link underneath to find out how you're able to create and send out a survey.
