As an organization dashboard you have access to the entire employee profile of all the employees that are working within your organization. This means that you can see the profile as the image underneath:
Here you're able to manage the following topics:
Editing the email address, first name, last name, date of birth, phone number, date out of service and the unique identifier.
Seeing the biography that the employee want to share with fellow colleagues.
Editing the function group and community. Easily edit these communities and function groups if this is needed in order for the employee to receive the right information.
High fives and messages placed in the groups where the employee is a member of.
The last login activity of the employee.
Editing the profile picture by clicking on the pencil icon within the profile picture.
Start and manage chat conversation with this employee by clicking on the chat icon in the top right of the screen.
Personal documents:
Next to the tab 'About' on top of the employee profile you see 'Documents'. If you click on that button you enter the screen as presented below:
Here you have the opportunity to upload personal documents such as evaluations, salary information and a copy of the passport/ID or any other important information and files you want to keep centralized on this employee. The employee can see these files as well in their own profile.
You also have the possibility to create certain folders, as you're used with in our document management feature.
