In this article, we explain how to manage schedules.

As a community admin, you can upload a schedule. Schedules can be uploaded by community and by week. If your organization does not work with a link for the schedules, you upload a new schedule as follows: (this is only possible via the web version of Oneteam). An important note is that the schedule and Flexchange are bundled in one functionality called 'Calendar'. Here employees, and admins, are able to create shifts that will be processed in the mobile schedule of the employee within the app if your organization works with an integration with Oneteam (e.g. PMT, ManusPlus, or Bork).

Upload schedule:

Go to the web version of Oneteam on your PC or laptop and go to “Schedules” in the menu on the left. Then select the week and the function and click on “Add” (also possible by clicking on “+ Upload schedule” on the top right of the screen) and you will see the following screen.

Then click “Add” and you will be taken to the screen below to add a schedule for this specific week and position.

We only support the ability to upload a PDF file with a file size of up to 30 MB. Once you have uploaded the schedule, the employees for whom this schedule is intended will receive a notification if they have their notifications turned on. Once employees go to the Oneteam app, they can see the uploaded schedules by going to “Schedules” via the bottom menu bar.

Schedules in case of a WFM link

When linked to a WFM system (e.g. PMT, Bork, or Manus+), Oneteam cannot make adjustments to the schedule. These schedules are placed into Oneteam from the external system.

Frequently asked questions about schedules

  • We have a WFM link (PMT, Bork, or Manus+), and I do not see my schedule.

When linked to a WFM system (e.g. PMT, Bork, or Manus+), Oneteam cannot make adjustments to the schedule.

Step 1: Check if your information is correct in PMT, Bork, or Manus+.

Step 2: Check if “Attendance” for the shifts is ticked.

Is attendance off for a shift? If so, we do not show them in Oneteam.

  • I cannot upload a schedule.

It could be that you do not have the proper rights in the community to do this. You could ask your manager to give you these rights by going to “Community settings” on the web version, to then add you under “Administrators”.
