The community statistics give you more insights into your employees’ activity and communication. As a community administrator, you can only see the statistics of your community on the web version (PC/laptop).

There are three types of statistics: “Employees”, “Communication and “Flexchange”. Check out the video underneath for more information about these statistics:

“Employees” statistics

Under “Employees”, you can see how many employees have been invited to the app, who have already registered and downloaded the app, who have not yet done so (pending), and the final adoption rate. An adoption rate of around 85%/90% is average.

Under “Employees”, scroll down to see more in-depth information about your employees’ activity. As shown in the image below, it is possible to view how many employees are active per day and filter by time period in the top right of the screen.

“Communication” statistics

Under “Communication”, you can see how many messages have been posted in the chosen period (set by clicking on the “Past 30 days” button in the upper right corner), how many high fives have been given to them, and how many reactions. Scroll down for more specific information on the communication for the selected period.

You can also see how many chat messages have been sent to get a good idea of the activity in the chat function. This is because it is the only form of communication that is not visible to community administrators and/or employees. For example, if this number is many times greater than the number of posts on the timeline, then you may want to make some adjustments to the type of posts that are made on the timeline. Click here for tips and tricks to increase activity with the right content.

“Flexchange” statistics

Under “Flexchange”, you can find more information about the number of shifts placed in the selected period (set by clicking on the “Past 30 days” button in the upper right corner) but also the number of takeovers, the average time this takeover took and the total time saved by having shift changes take place in this way.

Below the table, you will see the five employees who placed the most shifts and the five employees who did the most takeovers. So, if it is desired that these are not too often the same employees, you can find here who you can send a message to in the chat.

In the next article, we look more closely at community settings.
