The statistics in the organization dashboard give you more insights into the activity and communication of your employees. As an organization administrator, you can only see the statistics of your community on the web version (PC/laptop).
There are three types of statistics:
“Employees”, “Communication” and “Flexchange”.
“Employees” statistics
The purpose of these statistics is to give you more insight into employee adoption within your organization. An adoption rate of around 85%/90% is average. As you can see in the example below, this could be somewhat lower in the beginning when using Oneteam.
As you can see in this example, 34.9% have not yet downloaded the app. You can send these users a reminder to do so, but there may be another reason they have yet to do so. For example, it could be that the changes have not been communicated and that they are still using WhatsApp groups for communication for example. Click on any of the articles below for tips on introducing Oneteam to employees and how to increase engagement in the app.
Under “Employees”, scroll down to see more in-depth information about your employees’ activity. As shown in the image below, it is possible to view how many employees are active per day and filter by the time period in the top right of the screen.
Blueline: represents the number of active employees on that day.
Grayline: shows the number of active employees compared to 30 days ago (or another chosen time period).
If you then click on “Adoption rate” in the same screen, you will see you can apply the same interpretation as above.
“Communication” statistics
Under “Communication”, you can see how many messages have been posted in the chosen period (set by clicking on the “Past 30 days” button in the upper right corner), how many high fives have been given to them, and how many reactions. Scroll down for more specific information on the communication for the selected period.
You can also see how many chat messages have been sent to get a good idea of the activity in the chat function. This is because it is the only form of communication that is not visible to administrators and/or employees. For example, if this number is many times greater than the number of posts on the timeline, then you may want to make some adjustments to the type of posts that are made on the timeline.
“Flexchange” statistics
Under “Flexchange”, you can find more information about the number of shifts placed in the selected period (set by clicking on the “Past 30 days” button in the upper right corner) but also the number of takeovers, the average time this takeover took and the total time saved by having shift changes take place in this way.
Below the table, you will see the five employees who placed the most shifts and the five employees who did the most takeovers. So, if it is desired that these are not too often the same employees, you can find here who you can send a message to in the chat.
