How does synchronising employees with Oneteam work?
A big part of a successful Oneteam implementation within your organisation is user management. To automate user management, Oneteam offers the User Sync API. This ensures that employees will be invited to the right community and function within Oneteam.
If the employee is moved within your organisation or removed, this will also be automatically updated in Oneteam.
What does Oneteam need to set up the integration?
Below are the three steps required to set up the integration between Oneteam and NMBRS. If you have all the information, please send an email to your Customer Success Manager or get in touch via live chat.
Implementation process steps
1: Generate API Token within NMBRS
Note: This API token must originate from the account that owns the NMBRS debtor. Only users within NMBRS with a “Master Accountant” or “Master Client” role, can generate an API token from within NMBRS. In the top right of the NMBRS environment, click on “User Profile”. Here, go to “API TOKEN”. Then click on the “Activate API account” button, where you can copy and paste the token.
2: Activate the proper templates
To run the connection, it is necessary to have the proper API user templates activated. The following API user templates should be set to active.
3: Pass on NMBRS API Key
Pass this token to Oneteam via the live chat or send an email to your Customer Success Manager in order to establish the connection! Your username is the e-mail address used to log in, and the token is displayed below it. In addition, we need a domain: (https://extdev-oneteam.nmbrs.nl)
