How does synchronizing employees with Oneteam work?
A big part of a successful Oneteam implementation within your organization is user management. To automate user management, Oneteam offers the User Sync API. This ensures that employees will be invited to the appropriate community and function within Oneteam. If the employee is moved within your organization, or removed, this will also be automatically updated in Oneteam.
What does Oneteam need to set up the integration?
Below are the three steps required to set up the integration between Oneteam and Shiftbase. If you have all the information, please send an email to Oneteam's Customer Success Team or contact them via live chat.
Steps implementation process
1: Generate API Token within Shiftbase
Within the Shiftbase application, you generate an API token by going to 'Settings'. Then you can go to the 'App center' section, 'Public API' and then 'Add'.
2: Passing on the Shiftbase API Key
