In the organization dashboard you can view statistics across all communities. This gives you insight into adoption, communication, overall activity, and the progress of welcome and learning packages.

There are five types of statistics shown, plus one general overview: Employees, Communication, Flexchange, Welcome Package, and E-learning.

Employee statistics

These statistics show how employees use the app. An adoption rate around 85%–90% is considered average. In the early stages, this may be lower.''

Example: if 34.9% have not yet downloaded the app, you can send them a reminder. Sometimes this happens because changes have not been communicated and employees still use other channels, such as WhatsApp.

Check the related articles for tips on how to introduce Oneteam effectively and increase engagement.

Scroll down in the employee section to see more detailed activity data. For example, you can view how many employees were active each day and filter by time period using the button in the top right.

Communication statistics

Here you can see:

  • Number of posts created in the selected period

  • Number of comments and high fives

  • Number of chat messages

Adjust the time period using the button in the top right (for example Last 30 days). Scroll down for more details per period.

You can also see the number of chat messages sent. This is the only form of communication not visible to admins or employees. If this number is much higher than timeline posts, you may want to adjust the type of content posted on the timeline.

Flexchange statistics

Flexchange statistics show:

  • Number of shifts posted in the selected period (set the period via the button in the top right)

  • Number of shift takeovers

  • Average time for a takeover

  • Total time saved by handling shift swaps this way

Below the table you’ll see the five employees who posted the most shifts and the five who took over the most. If it seems the same people are handling most requests, you can reach out to them directly via chat.

Welcome package statistics

The welcome package helps new employees get started quickly. The statistics show:

  • Not started: employees who have not started yet

  • In progress: employees currently working on the package

  • Completed: employees who successfully finished the package

  • Deadline passed: employees who did not finish before the deadline

Click View all under each status to see the full list of employees.

E-learning statistics

For e-learning you first select which package you want to view. You cannot see statistics for all packages at once.

The categories are:

  • Not started: employees who have not started yet

  • In progress: employees currently working on the package

  • Completed: employees who finished the package

  • Deadline passed: employees who did not finish before the deadline

Click View all under each status to see the full list of employees.

General statistics

This overview shows the most important figures per community in one place:

  • Community name: name of the community

  • Invited users: total invited employees (does not change with the time filter)

  • Registered users: total registered employees (does not change with the time filter)

  • Active users: number of employees active in the past 7 days (does not change with the time filter)

  • Posts created: total number of posts in the selected period

  • Comments made: total number of comments in the selected period

  • High fives given: total number of high fives in the selected period

  • Chat messages sent: total number of chat messages in the selected period

This overview helps you quickly see how active and engaged a community is, and where improvements may be needed.
