Within the Academy, organizations can create onboarding modules to induct new employees. There is also the possibility of setting up short digital training (E-Learning) courses to explain, for example, changes in the range or how to deal with other changes within your organization.

Can I follow the onboarding or e-learning modules on my computer?
You can only go through the modules on your mobile.
Once I have completed a module, where can I find this information again?
The information can always be found again and gone through in the app. You can find the packages under “More” and then in “Academy”.
Results of onboarding or E-Learning modules.
The results and the number of points earned are visible to the organization admins.
I did not get an onboarding or E-Learning module.
It could be that you were not invited by your manager to attend a module. In this case, it is best to contact your manager to have it checked.
