Do you want to see your shifts and events in your own calendar as well? Then you can connect your Oneteam calendar to an external calendar. This way, you don’t have to switch between apps to see when you work and what is planned.
This connection works via iCal. You could already set it up on web, and now you can also do it from the mobile app.
How does it work?
You choose which information you want to sync. After that, you receive a link that you add to your external calendar. From that moment on, the data is updated automatically. So you only have to set up the connection once.
Connecting your calendar from your phone
Open the Oneteam app and go to the Calendar.
Open the settings for syncing your calendar.
Choose which information you want to sync.
Copy the link you receive.
Add the link to your external calendar, for example Google Calendar, Apple Calendar or Outlook.
Which information can you sync?
You can choose from, among other things:
Shifts: your scheduled shifts.
Events: events you have been invited to or have signed up for.
Celebrations and swaps: you only see these options if your organisation has enabled them.
Good to know
The data in your external calendar is updated automatically. So you don’t have to add the link again when something changes in your Oneteam calendar.
Don’t share the link with others. Anyone with the link can see the selected information from your calendar.
You can also set up the connection on web. The information in your external calendar stays the same.
