Manus has a standard API that we use for the integration. The structure in which an organization is organized can however be different between each organization. This can lead to differences in how the communities of each organization are selected. Some investigation before the implementation is therefore usually necessary. How does the synchronization of employees work with Oneteam?

A big part of a successful Oneteam implementation within your organization will be user management. To automate the user management, Oneteam offers a User Sync API. This application will invite your employees to the right community and function group within Oneteam. If the employee will be moved within your organization, we will also reflect those changes within Oneteam. Employees that are no longer in service, will also be automatically removed within Oneteam.

What does Oneteam need from an organization?

Agreement to process data

In order to have permission to process user details, an agreement needs to be signed between Oneteam and the customer. In a system like PMT, PMT is the owner of the data. This is different from ManusPlus since the customer is the owner of any data within ManusPlus.

Access to data in ManusPlus

In order to retrieve any data from Manusplus, a "data service user" needs to be created in Manusplus. This user is meant for fetching data from Manusplus as an external system. To allow for fetching of user data, organization structure, and schedules. The customer, therefore, needs to create a Manusplus user that has "data service" permissions, that can be used for synchronization to Oneteam.

Next to this data service user, a web service needs to be created, to allow for fetching of data via the web.
