High five
The high five function makes it very easy to give recognition to each other, whether it comes from a peer or a manager. Recognition between colleagues builds trust, respect, and unity. When recognition comes from a manager, it offers authority, validation, and pride.
To give someone a high five, you will have to navigate to their profile by opening the colleagues tab in the Hub when using the app. If you are using the webapp, navigate to the colleagues tab. Once you have selected the person, their profile will open, and you will see the button "High five". After clicking on the button, you can write a message, and there is also the option to share this on the timeline of a specific group:

Company values
If your company has set up the values of the organization in Oneteam, you will also be able to give a colleague a high five based on the values of the organization. The values can be found underneath the text field, and you can select one or multiple values to link to your high five.

Some benefits of giving high fives based on the company values are: it reinforces desired behavior, it strengthens the company culture, it drives engagement and motivation, and it can improve team alignment.
