Birthdays
When importing your employees, it is possible to fill in the field "date of birth". If this is entered and the employee has chosen in their privacy settings to share their date of birth with the community they are in or with the entire organisation, their birthday will be visible.
Employee
An employee who has a birthday will see the following when the app is opened:
To alert employees that someone in their community or organisation has a birthday, they see ‘Time to celebrate’ in the hub. When they click on this, they will see all who have their birthday on that day, or who will have their birthday in the coming period:
Employees can congratulate each other by clicking on the blue arrow. They will then be immediately redirected to the chat with the birthday person.
