In Oneteam, you can chat with colleagues through 1-on-1 chats and group conversations. Previously, it was not possible to see whether a message had been read. This is now possible with chat read receipts.
This feature is enabled by default. You can turn it off yourself if you prefer.
Important to know
Chat read receipts currently work only on iPhone and web. Android is in development
Chat read receipts are enabled by default.
In group chats, the read receipt are always on.
In 1-on-1 chats if you turn this feature off, you will no longer be able to see whether others have read your messages.
Turning off chat read receipts in the app
Follow these steps:
Open More in the app.
Go to Privacy.
Turn off Read receipts.
Turning off chat read receipts on web
Follow these steps:
Click your profile in the top right.
Open Profile settings.
Go to Settings.
Scroll down.
Turn off Chat read receipts.
