¹ Only one community per employee can be synchronised. You can add a second community within Oneteam itself, but it won't be included in the synchronisation.
² Employes doesn't support separate locations. All employees end up in one predefined community.
³ Employees need to log in with their PMT credentials before they can see their schedule in Oneteam.

What do the columns mean?

  • Employees: new employees are created automatically, and employees who leave are removed.

  • Communities: locations or departments are created automatically in Oneteam.

  • Functions: function groups are created automatically, so employees land in the right groups straight away.

  • Schedule: employees can see their own schedule in the Calendar.

  • Flexchange update: a shift that's taken over through Flexchange is automatically updated in the source system.

Good to know: the data in your own system is always leading. Changes you make in Oneteam to synchronised fields will be undone at the next synchronisation. The synchronisation runs overnight, so an employee you add today will be visible in Oneteam tomorrow.

Is your system not listed?

Then you can manage your employees manually or import them using a .csv file. Do you work with a system that isn't listed here and would you like an integration? Let us know via the live chat and we'll look into the options with you.
