In this article, we provide answers to frequently asked questions about the schedule in Oneteam.

With Oneteam, it is possible to upload schedules manually or from an external system. If the schedules come from an external system and you have a question about it, it would be best to first contact an organisation admin within your organisation.

Frequently asked questions:

We have an integration (PMT, Bork, or Manus+) and I do not see my schedule.

When linked to a WFM system (e.g. PMT, Bork, or Manus+), Oneteam cannot make adjustments to the schedule. Check that your information is correct in PMT, Bork, or Manus+.

I am unable to upload a schedule, what can I do?

It could be that you do not have the proper rights in the community to do this. Check with your manager to make sure you have the proper rights within the community. If this is the case, please contact us via the live chat.

Are shift takeovers in Flexchange also shown in the schedule?

Shift takeovers are processed in the 'Calendar' in the app.
