As an organization, there are two ways to get employee data imported into the platform. This can be done manually (via a .csv file), but a link can also be made with a WFM (Workforce Management) system.

Synchronization:

A link ensures that employee data automatically enter Oneteam. Based on this information, when you start with Oneteam, we can automatically create the positions and communities, so you do not have to manually create each location or department in the app. We can extract the following data from a WFM system:

  • Name;

  • Email address;

  • Date of birth (optional);

  • Phone number (optional);

  • Branch/department;

  • Position;

  • Start/end date of employment (optional);

  • Schedule.

The following is important in this synchronization:

  • The data in the WFM system are leading and changes in the Oneteam app will be automatically undone;

  • Oneteam can only synchronize an employee with one community and one position. If multiple communities/ positions are desired, please contact us via live chat;

  • The WFM system and Oneteam synchronize at night, so employees you add today will only be visible the day after;

  • New employees are automatically created in Oneteam, and employees who left employment will be removed.

Make adjustments:

Once employee data are imported into the Oneteam platform, the employees will automatically be placed in the appropriate groups based on position and community/location.

If you're starting with Oneteam and you want to know more about setting up your integration then you're able to click on the button underneath to visit the appropriate collection of articles.
